Text: 1 cor 12vs 12-13,matt 3 :11,luke 24:47-49.

We can see the necessity of the holyspirit in the scriptures .

The lord gave instruction to the early disciples that before you step out to witness you need to be endued with the holyspirit. This instruction was specific and direct. Acts 1: 8. It is the holyspirit that qualifies a man for service. Every child is called for a purpose. We cannot pray as we ought to pray. The spirt itself maketh intersection for us with groaning that cannot be imagined. Who can be baptised with the Holy Spirit? The moment you give ur life to christ you are qualified to be baptised. 

What must you do so that you can receive the baptism of the holyspirit?

1. Acceptjesus. Renounce your sin, If u have backslided you need to go back to the fold.

2. You need an intense desire , an expectation . You need to thirst  for the power. Luke 11:13. You need to ask. Acts 4:31.

3. You need definite prayer  acts 8 :15-16.

4. You need faith.matthew 11vs 34.

The kingdom of God is not just words but in power and in the holyghost.

Speaking in tongue is for women and men in the flesh. Worshipping God in the spirit. Act 2: 17.
